Nycholle Archuleta, LCSW

Welcome! I graduated with my BSW from Colorado State University-Pueblo in 2008 and received my MSW from Newman University in 2018. I have worked in multiple residentials and day treatments, working with the IDD population as well children with behavior challenges and legal charges. For 6 years I worked and helped manage a residential treatment facility with dual diagnosed children and adolescents with intellectual and developmental disabilities. I also have experience working with homeless youth and youth that identify as LGBTQIA+. Since 2015, I worked in child welfare as an adolescent caseworker and a supervisor for Core Services. There, I help connect families to therapeutic services and support. In addition to my education and employment history, I have personal life experiences that enable me to empathize and view situations from my clients' perspectives. Therapeutically I use a strength-based and holistic approach to treatment, and I believe clients are the experts regarding their own lives. My role is to help support my clients and provide the tools to help them reach their goals. I look forward to getting to know you!
